Experience
Linda M. Spock, President of Spock Solutions, is a nationally known expert in the field of transportation, with a specialty in tolls and an in-depth knowledge of E-ZPass. Her experience with the E-ZPass system pre-dates and includes the selection of common technology in 1994, the critical element of interoperability that has allowed E-ZPass to become a seamless toll payment system across 38 toll agencies in 16 states. Linda represents a unique combination of substantive knowledge, project experience, professional integrity, and high energy level. Her perspective is broad-based, and she is particularly comfortable with the interagency and institutional aspects of today's transportation environment.
Linda served as a Visiting Scholar/Practitioner at the NYU/Wagner Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management from 2001 to 2009. In that capacity, she conducted research on a number of topics of interest to the transportation community.
